Grand Gulf Energy (GGE) progressed through Q3'24 by securing regulatory approval and finalising an off-take agreement for its Red Helium Project in Utah. The company has received approval from the Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission to drill five new helium development wells and has entered into a gas sales and processing agreement with Green Natural Gas (partially owned by Ascent Resources). GGE has struggled to bring the Red Helium Project to production. The company ended the quarter with a cash balance of A$1.0mm.
