Flagstaff Files Second Lawsuit Against DME Over Helium Well

The City of Flagstaff filed another civil litigation against Desert Mountain Energy (DME) on February 4, 2026, relating to the company's exploratory helium-extraction well near Red Gap Ranch, even as the original lawsuit filed in 2020 remains unresolved.
