Federal Circuit Revives Keyes Helium’s Breach Claim Against US Government

In a significant ruling on 23 June 2025, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit revived a breach-of-contract lawsuit brought by Keyes Helium against the US government, allowing the case to proceed after it had previously been dismissed by the Court of Federal Claims.
