ENEOS Xplora USA converted its C$8.3mm convertible note in Helium Evolution (HEVI) into 40mm shares at C$0.21/sh (at the previous market close), along with accrued interest, raising its ownership to 40% on a non-diluted basis (44% fully diluted).
