Element Resource Takes Over IACX Energy

Element Resource Partners announced its acquisition of IACX Energy, a leading US helium mid-stream company, to boost helium production using its infrastructure. IACX was founded in 2006 and was previously part of the Glenfarne Group. IACX owns and leases several helium processing plants across the US and has been growing on the back of supplying processing facilities to several independent helium E&P companies.
