DME Faces Delay in Filing Annual Financial Results

Desert Mountain Energy announced a delay in submitting its annual financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2023. The company aims to complete the required filings by March 29, 2024 (after missing the deadline on January 29, 2024), and has committed to providing bi-weekly updates until the filings are made. The shares fell 26% on the announcement and are down 91% over the last year given multiple disappointments.
