Last week Desert Mountain Energy said it was increasing its previously announced private placement by 50% to C$7.5mm due to increased demand, offering up to 2.5 mm units at CAD $3.00 per Unit. It has now cut the price by 17% to CAD $2.50 per Unit due to market conditions. Desert Mountain's share price is down 28% over the last month, underperforming the helium sector which has fallen 14%.
