Delta Minerals is offering an investment opportunity in non-producing mineral rights with significant helium development potential, spanning 11,857 net mineral acres across Bent, Cheyenne, and Kiowa Counties in Colorado. The bidding, which concludes on May 7, 2024, includes assets such as 12 offset permits featuring a mix of completed, DUC, and permitted wells, alongside 2,294 active offset producers. This opportunity taps into the growing demand for helium, essential in various high-tech industries. These mineral leases encompass ~2k acres in Cheyenne County, which is home to one of the few helium processing plants in the US, the Ladder Creek Helium Plant operated by Tumbleweed Midstream, processing and liquefying 1.5mmcf/d of helium.
