Delta Minerals is offering an investment opportunity in non-producing mineral rights with significant helium development potential, spanning 11,857 net mineral acres across Bent, Cheyenne, and Kiowa Counties in Colorado. The bidding, which concludes on May 7, 2024, includes assets such as 12 offset permits featuring a mix of completed, DUC, and permitted wells, alongside 2,294 active offset producers.
