China is Re-Exporting ~12% of its Russian Helium Imports to Asia

Russia had a bumpy start to marketing its helium from Amur. After initial delays due to a fire at the facility followed by the Russia-Ukraine war, Gazprom finally started exporting volumes from Amur in Sep'23.
