Chart Industries to Supply Helium Circulator System to X-Energy

Chart Industries, through its UK-based subsidiary Howden, has been awarded a contract to provide X-Energy, a developer of advanced small modular nuclear reactors, with a helium circulator system for their Xe-100 high temperature gas cooled advanced reactors. X-Energy plans to deploy up to 40 reactors in the UK in partnership with Cavendish Nuclear, supporting the government's target of 24GW of nuclear energy by 2050. The partnership aims to contribute to the UK's decarbonisation efforts and secure jobs in the technology and manufacturing sectors.
