Central Petroleum Amends Sale Agreement with Georgina

Central Petroleum has amended its sale agreement with Georgina Energy to exclude EP82 in the Amadeus Basin, retaining ownership of Helium Australia Ltd and withdrawing from the EP82 JV with Santos. EP82, which hosts the Magee/Mahler prospects, is considered less commercial for helium compared to EP112 (Dukas) and EP125 (Mt Kitty), which remain part of the transaction and are Georgina’s focus for larger helium, hydrogen, and hydrocarbon targets.
