Buscando Launches C$600k LIFE Financing for Natural Hydrogen Exploration

Buscando Resources is planning a private placement of up to 4mm units at C$0.15 per unit to raise up to C$600k, with each unit comprising one share and half a warrant exercisable at C$0.30 for 12 months. Proceeds will support natural hydrogen exploration and working capital.
