Bluefors Launches Helium Recovery Solution for NMR Systems

Bluefors introduced the Cryomech HeRL02-RM, a Helium Reliquefier designed to recover helium from Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) systems. Tailored for small laboratories or facilities with up to three NMR units, this solution addresses helium supply concerns and price volatility by creating a closed-loop system that re-liquefies boiled-off helium and returns it to the NMR's helium bath. Such applications could help companies reduce their helium requirements and navigate through the ongoing helium shortage.
