Blue Star Helium has completed the initial development plan for its Las Animas Project in Colorado. Blue Star now plans to appoint a mid-stream operator by Q1'23 to produce its first helium flows from the Voyager discovery. The company has a planned capex budget of US$2.9M with 3-4 initial development wells at Voyager; first delivery predicted in H2'23. Blue Star expects raw gas throughput of 2 mmcf/d for helium gas output (98.0%+ purity) and targeted helium production of 44mmcf per annum.
