Blue Star Advances with Voyager Helium Project Permitting

The Colorado Energy & Carbon Management Commission completed its technical review of applications for four of Blue Star's helium development well locations, with a final approval hearing date set for November 22, 2023. These wells, along with others, will form the initial inventory for phase one development, aiming for first output in Q4'23. Upon approval, there will be a total of 6 approved wells for drilling at Voyager, with plans for 20 wells in the long term to maximise resource utilisation.
