The US BLM's pipeline pressure has been falling over the last week, which is normally a precursor to lower production from the facility. The pressure has dropped from around 1,200psig on 25th October to just 618psig on 3rd November, which is almost at the lowest operating pressure. Currently production (2.3mmcf of helium on 2nd November) has been unaffected but if the pipeline pressure stays at this level or drops further, we would expect cutbacks in supply (allocations) to the customers.
