Avanti Raises C$1mm for Sweetgrass Helium Plant

Avanti Helium announced a private placement, offering up to 1.6mm units at C$0.60/unit, amounting to C$1mm. Each Unit includes a common share and a warrant. The funds will support work on the Sweetgrass Pool Helium Recovery Plant in Montana and general working capital needs.
