Avanti Raises C$1.2mm in First Tranche of Private Placement

Avanti Helium closed the first tranche of its private placement, issuing ~4.7mm units at C$0.25 each for proceeds of C$1.17mm. Each unit comprises one share and half a warrant exercisable at C$0.40 for one year.
