Avanti is Raising C$3mm in equity for Helium Projects

Avanti Helium launched a public offering to raise ~C$3mm through an overnight marketed best efforts public offering. The final terms, including the number of units and pricing, will be determined at a later date. The offering is conducted under the company's Canadian base shelf prospectus. Proceeds from the offering will support the development of the Greater Knappen, Montana helium exploration project (likely the Sweetgrass pool) and general corporate purposes.
