During Q2'23 (Jun'23), Avanti Helium made advancements on its Sweetgrass helium plant in Montana. The company acquired 40 acres for its helium recovery unit (HRU) to process raw gas from its two wells - the WNG 10-21 and WNG 11-22, which is set to process 10 mmcf/d of raw gas initially and given the company's estimates of helium concentrations of ~1% should produce ~100mcf/d of helium. The company also signed a midstream agreement with IACX Resources to build, finance, and operate the HRU. Alongside, Avanti signed a tolling agreement with Paradox Midstream for the liquefaction of 150mcf/d of helium at the Lisbon Valley gas plant in Utah. The company also raised C$1mm to finance the Sweetgrass helium plant development. Avanti ended the quarter with a net loss of C$1.9mm, cash position of C$289k, and total assets worth C$30mm. The Company currently has a working capital deficit of negative working capital of C$533,789. The Company is in the process of seeking additional financing(s) to fund the associated helium processing plant facilities and to fund the Company's near-term operations.
