Avanti Helium Completes Debt Settlement with Share Issuance

Avanti Helium announced the issuance of 1.4mm shares at a price of C$0.295/sh to settle outstanding debt of C$412k. This settlement, involving trade payables, has been executed with all creditors being at arm's-length to the company.
