Avanti Helium closed a C$1.2mm private placement for its Helium Recovery Plant (HRU) in Montana. The placement consists of 3mm units priced at C$0.40/unit, each comprising of one common share and one share purchase warrant. The funds will be utilised for the Sweetgrass Pool project and general working capital. Separately, Avanti also highlighted progress on the Sweetgrass discovery, stating that the pipelines from the WNG 10-21 and WNG 11-22 wells to the HRU site were 100% completed, and the wellsite skids were fabricated and are in the process of being delivered to the HRU site. The inlet separator is currently in fabrication and is expected to be on site in late Dec'23.
