Avanti Energy C$3mm Equity Raise

Avanti Energy (TSXV: AVN) announced a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 1,765,000 common shares for gross proceeds of up to C$3,000,500 which will allow the Company to complete all its strategic land acquisitions and drill the initial three well program.
