Avanti Closes Equity Offering of C$6.4mm

Avanti Helium has closed its previously announced overnight marketed best efforts public offering of units of the Company at a price of C$0.66 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of C$6.4mm. The net proceeds from the Offering will be used by the Company to fund exploration drilling on the Company's lands and for general corporate purposes.
