Avanti Closes C$3mm Equity Raise

Avanti Helium closed its overnight marketed public offering of units at C$0.45/Unit, generating total gross proceeds of C$3mm. Each Unit comprises one share and one-half of a share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant allowing the purchase of one common share at an exercise price of C$0.60/sh until November 10, 2025. The net proceeds will fund the development of Greater Knappen Property facilities and general corporate purposes.
