Ascent Resources Enters Helium-Rich US Gas Plays in CO and UT

Ascent Resources has agreed to acquire helium-bearing oil and gas interests in Colorado and Utah, securing a 49% stake in Locin Oil’s leases with up to 1.2% helium in producing gas and prospective volumes of up to 5.3bcf of helium.
