Arizona Supreme Court Clears Path for DME’s Helium Drilling

The Arizona Supreme Court rejected Flagstaff’s appeal against Desert Mountain Energy (DME), upholding a lower court ruling that found the city violated open-meeting laws when it authorised litigation in 2020.
