Air Products to Invest US$250mm in Arizona Semiconductor Gas Supply

Air Products signed a long-term agreement with an unnamed semiconductor manufacturer (likely to be TSMC, whose Arizona programme now includes six semiconductor logic wafer fabs, two advanced-packaging facilities) and will invest ~US$250mm in Arizona to build, own and operate high-purity gas infrastructure.
