45-8 Energy was granted an exclusive research Permit for helium and associated resources in the "Avant-Monts franc-comtois" region by the Ministry of Ecological Transition in France. The project, supported by €2.88mm in funding from the France 2030 investment plan, aims to produce helium domestically, addressing the strategic importance of this resource and reducing reliance on imports. The project involves comprehensive geological research, including non-invasive data acquisition methods. 45-8 currently holds 4 exploration licences in France and Germany for helium and natural hydrogen exploration.
