Noble Helium Secures A$12mm for Rukwa Project Expansion

Noble Helium raised A$12mm (gross) through a placement of 60mm shares at A$0.20/sh. The equity raise follows Noble’s decision not to farm down ahead of drilling. The funds will facilitate drilling of the North Rukwa Helium Project's second exploration and appraisal well in Tanzania in Q3'23. Currently the company is on track to drill its first exploration well, the Mbelele-1 well. The company also shared its latest investor presentation giving operational updates about the upcoming drilling campaign.
