Helium One is moving forward with Phase III of its Rukwa Project in Tanzania, initiating an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) as part of a feasibility study for converting its Prospecting Licences to Mining Licences. The company has engaged MTL Consulting Ltd for the ESIA and is also conducting subsurface work to establish contingent resource estimates. Alongside, it has begun engineering studies for a production facility, exploring options for a pilot plant and scalable modular systems for helium liquefaction, storage, and transportation. Preparations for the Extended Well Test at Itumbula West-1 are underway, with the company evaluating the potential of re-entering the Tai-3 well or drilling a new well.
