The BLM has now completed, in close succession, two extensive plant shutdowns. The March 15 shutdown focused on plant-wide critical safety circuit testing, repairs, and validation. The BLM addressed/corrected several operations issues on site. Key projects included Flare system modifications, Natural Gas Product Injection Tie-in, and repairs to fuel gas lines.
