Avanti Helium Completes Second Tranche of Private Placement

Avanti Helium Corp closed the second and final tranche of its private placement, issuing 1mm units at C$0.40/unit, raising C$400k. This tranche, combined with the first, raised a total of C$1.08mm from 2.7mm units. The proceeds will support the development of the Company's Helium Recovery Plant in Montana and general corporate purposes. Chris Bakker, the CEO, purchased 750k units, which increased his shareholding to about 7.6% of the Company's outstanding shares.
