Using Less Helium in Semiconductor Manufacturing

Concerns over the short supply of helium has led Lam Research to reduce its reliance on helium used for cooling in some equipment. The main challenge in this is not to compromise the production of these semiconductors as well as the high-volume products built with that equipment.
