UK “Natural Hydrogen: Understanding the Geoscience” conference was held on 1–2 July 2025, at the Geological Society, London. This year's conference signalled a clear transition: from proof-of-concept field studies toward commercial frameworks for both naturally occurring and stimulated geological hydrogen—with helium increasingly seen not only as a co-product but also a powerful analogue for system behaviour and risk mitigation.
