The US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Cliffside plant's production has remained fairly steady over the 2 months (barring the drop in mid-September due to sensor issue and grid power maintenance). If we look at the chart closely there has, however, been a slight decline of ~2% since the last plant shut down. The pipeline pressure is up to a more normal level of close to 1,400psig versus the 1,200psig seen in early September.
