Russia's Amur Helium Phase 2 Expected Online in H1’26

According to reports from the OilChem Asia Pacific Helium Conference last week, Russia is expected to bring on line Amur Helium Phase 2, with capacity of 700mmcf/y, in H1 2026, with construction reported to be 95% complete.
