Royal Helium Signs a Helium Liquefaction Tolling Agreement

Royal Helium Ltd. has signed a tolling services agreement with Tumbleweed Midstream, to process the company's 99.999% gaseous helium into liquid helium at its Ladder Creek Liquefaction Facility in Colorado. The agreement has a primary term of three years, through to December 31, 2025, and is renewable on a year-to-year basis thereafter. Ladder Creek will process up to 24mmcf of crude helium per year for Royal to enable it to supply liquid helium to its Space Launch company offtaker.
