Royal Helium, on 3rd Oct, announced a C$5mm equity raise issuing 19.231mm units at a price of C$0.26/unit including one share and one warrant at C$0.32/sh. The offer was upsized by 40% to 26.925mm units on strong demand. The proceeds are earmarked for engineering and design costs associated with the Company's production plant planned for Steveville, completion and exploration activities on the Company’s lands and for general corporate purposes. The offer comes ahead of an IPO planned on the London AIM market.
