Record October Chinese helium imports from Russia

AKap Energy's analysis is showing record Chinese helium imports from Russia in October. This suggests that the first volumes from Gazprom's new Amur Helium plant started to arrive in China in October. Gazprom announced that the first of the Amur GPP’s three helium units came onstream on in early September.
