QatarEnergy announced that it would be taking over all marketing and related activities managed by its unit Qatargas. This move is expected to be completed by the end of 2023 and will result in QatarEnergy being the single point of responsibility for all existing and prospective customers interested in the purchase of energy products from Qatar. This includes the purchase of helium, which will form part of the North Field Expansion project to further increase Qatar’s export capacity.
