Proton Green, operator of large Helium and beverage grade CO2 hubs in North America, entered into a definitive share exchange agreement with Cyber App Solutions for an all-stock transaction resulting in Proton Green shareholders owning ~94.4% of the combined company. Leveraging exclusive resource rights on the St. Johns field in Arizona, one of the largest helium and CO2 reservoirs in North America, the new company aims to be a North American leader in sustainable helium and CO2 production. With Phase I Helium production underway and fixed-price offtake agreements with major industrial gas distribution companies, Proton Green seeks to scale helium production. Proton Green would add to the list of around 20 publicly traded helium-focused E&P companies globally.
