Prominence Energy, an Australian listed junior energy explorer, entered a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Gawler Group Holdings Pty Ltd, gaining full ownership of nine Petroleum Exploration Licence Applications (PELAs) comprising the Northern Hinge and Eyre Projects in South Australia's Gawler Craton.
