The Navajo Transitional Energy Company, LLC (NTEC) has submitted its comments about the exclusion of helium from the Draft List of Critical Minerals (DLCM). NTEC disagrees with U.S. Geological Survey's decision to preclude Helium from its November 9, 2021 DLCM.
