Noble Helium selected a preferred bidder and entered into a non-binding Heads of Agreement to set out the key terms of the farm-in to its North Rukwa project. The agreement includes being fully carried through the two exploration wells that will comprise the maiden North Rukwa drilling program, as well as reimbursement of pro-rata exploration back costs to fund the Company’s ongoing operations. The Company is now progressing with the preferred bidder to conclude the farm-in. The high level of interest shown is positive for the Rukwa helium play and provides a positive read-across to HeliumOne.
