Mosman Raises GBP300k via Share Placement

Mosman Oil and Gas raised GBP300,000 through a placing of 857mm new ordinary shares, each with an attached warrant, at a placing price of 0.035p/sh. The proceeds from the placing, along with existing cash, will be used to fund various activities, including optimising production at the Cinnabar project in the USA, securing approvals for exploration activity in Australia, and planning for a potential IPO of its subsidiary, Adagio Resources Ltd.
