Mosman Advances on EP 145 Project in Australia

Mosman Oil and Gas submitted the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for its EP 145 project in Australia to the Northern Territory Government. Approval of the EMP and re-issuance of the Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority (AAPA) Certificate are the remaining steps before the planned acquisition of 2D seismic in 2024. The completion of the Farm-in Agreement with Greenvale, announced in Oct'23, is contingent on government approval of a proposed change of Operator and transfer of interest.
