Imperial shareholders vote for Royal Helium acquisition

Royal Helium has announced that the shareholders of Imperial Helium have unanimously approved the previously announced acquisition of Imperial by Royal by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). Imperial will now be seeking a final order of the British Columbia Supreme Court and if the final order is obtained, the acquisition will close later in July. Royal expects completion of its two helium facilities for Saskatchewan and Alberta in Q1'23.
