Imperial Helium Corp began drilling the IHC-2 at its Steveville Helium Property, in Southeastern Alberta in the beginning of the month. This second appraisal well was drilled with the objective to confirm helium concentrations and flow rates established in 1940. By the end of the month, Imperial successfully logged and cased the well. CEO David Johnson said that after completion of production testing of IHC-1, Imperial will commence production testing of IHC-2 to appraise the reservoir quality and deliverability potential in the previous blow-out.
