Helium Action Plan in Saskatchewan - Part 5

As a part of Saskatchewan's Helium Action Plan, there has been a deep-dive study done into junior explorers and their company models. The government had reached out to Wes Siemens, President of Global Helium almost a year before this plan was released to understand the functioning and motivation behind helium explorers. In this part, you will be able to understand the operations of Global Helium - its functioning, methods, and drivers that are helping the company become a primary explorer in Saskatchewan. Global is planning a 3-5 well drilling programme starting in Q2'22. If additional drilling proves up the resources, they would build their own purification facility, which would take 12 to 18 months. There aren’t any helium liquefication plants in Canada. A liquefaction plant would be around $50 to $100 million.
